Russian open team championship in informatics

On December 12, Georgian students successfully participated in Russian open team championship in informatics.  205 Teams from Russia, Belarus, Baltic countries and middle Asia participated in the tournament. Georgia was represented by 6 teams. One of them (Giorgi Skhirtladze, Giorgi Kldiashvili and Nugzar Chkaidze) won the third place and gold medals. (3 gold, 4 silver and 5 bronze medals are awarded in this competition.)

It’s the first time Georgian team succeeded inrnsuch competition (we won bronze medals last year and two years ago). Komarovirnfirst team (Vano Gamezardashvili, Sandro KhoKhiashvili, Baqar Gamezardashvili)rnalso succeeded in the tournament. They coped with 7 hard tasks and receivedrnsecond-degree Diplomas.” Mziuri-Komarovi-Vekua” Team (Nika Losaberidze, SabarnTavdgiridze, and Davit Bezhanishvili) received a third-degree diploma forrnsolving 6 tasks.
